    SMS Terms & Conditions

    These SMS Terms & Conditions ("SMS Terms") govern the text messaging program operated by Wundertre ("we", "us", "our") and apply only to text messages (SMS/MMS) sent by Wundertre to mobile phone numbers that have opted in. These SMS Terms are separate from, and in addition to, our general Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

    1. Program description & separate campaigns

    Wundertre operates two separate U.S. 10DLC text messaging campaigns. Each campaign requires its own, independent opt-in — agreeing to one does not enroll you in the other:

    • Transactional campaign — account and security notifications, appointment reminders and confirmations, and customer-service replies to inquiries you have initiated.
    • Marketing campaign — marketing and promotional messages about Wundertre products, services, offers, and events.

    2. How to opt in

    You can opt in to a Wundertre text messaging campaign by:

    • Checking the specific campaign's SMS consent box on a Wundertre web form and providing your mobile number. Each campaign has its own checkbox, and every box is unchecked by default.
    • Texting a Wundertre keyword or replying to a confirmation message we send to your handset (double opt-in).
    • For transactional messages only, providing your mobile number to a Wundertre representative along with verbal or written permission for that specific message type.

    Marketing messages require documented, written opt-in (a checkbox, web form submission, or keyword-based double opt-in). Verbal-only consent is not used for marketing messages.

    Consent is voluntary and is never a condition of purchasing any goods or services, creating an account, or accessing the Wundertre website. SMS consent is collected separately from our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy and is not bundled into any other agreement. Consent is not transferable or assignable to third parties.

    3. Message frequency

    Message frequency is recurring and varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to a few messages per week.

    4. Message & data rates

    Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Wundertre does not charge for the messages themselves, but your carrier may. Please contact your carrier for pricing details.

    5. How to opt out — reply STOP

    You can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any text message we send from our short code or long code. After you reply STOP, we will send you a one-time confirmation message and will not send you any additional messages unless you opt in again.

    6. How to get help — reply HELP

    7. Supported carriers

    Our SMS program is compatible with the major U.S. mobile carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Sprint, Boost, U.S. Cellular, MetroPCS, and most other U.S. carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

    8. Privacy & no sharing of mobile data

    No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platforms, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

    9. Eligibility

    You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile phone number you provide. By opting in, you confirm you meet these requirements.

    10. Changes to these SMS Terms

    We may update these SMS Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by text message or email, and the "Last updated" date above will reflect the most recent revision. Continued participation in the program after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
