    Wundertre ("we", "us", "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and your choices — including the specific protections that apply to phone numbers and text messages (SMS/MMS) collected for our messaging program in accordance with the CTIA Messaging Principles and Best Practices and U.S. carrier 10DLC requirements.

    1. Information we collect

    • Information you give us: name, email address, phone number, company, job title, and anything you type into our forms, chat, or messages.
    • Account & usage data: information you create in WundertreOS, log data, IP address, device and browser information, and pages visited.
    • Cookies & similar tech: see our Cookie Policy.

    2. How we use your information

    • To provide, operate, and improve WundertreOS and our services.
    • To respond to your inquiries, schedule meetings, and provide customer support.
    • To send transactional messages (account, billing, security).
    • To send marketing communications by email, SMS, or phone only where you have given consent. You can opt out at any time.
    • To meet legal, regulatory, and security obligations.

    We do not sell your personal information.

    3. SMS / text messaging program (10DLC)

    If you provide your mobile phone number and check the SMS consent box on one of our forms, or text us first, you are opting in to receive text messages from Wundertre. The following terms apply to our SMS program:

    • Program description: Wundertre sends account, appointment, customer-service, and marketing text messages to numbers that have opted in.
    • Message frequency: message frequency varies based on your interactions with us. You may receive up to a few messages per week.
    • Message and data rates: message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
    • Opt-out (STOP): you can cancel at any time by replying STOP to any message we send. After you reply STOP we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive additional messages unless you opt in again.
    • Help (HELP): reply HELP for support, or email hello@wundertre.com or call 806-686-5779.
    • Carriers: carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and others, are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
    • No sharing for marketing: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or messaging platforms, is permitted. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
    • Consent is not a condition of purchase.

    4. How we share information

    We share information only with:

    • Service providers who help us run the platform (hosting, analytics, payment processing, email and SMS delivery) under contracts that require them to protect your data.
    • Legal authorities when required by law.
    • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale.

    We never sell personal information, and we never share mobile opt-in data or phone numbers with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

    5. Data security

    We use industry-standard safeguards including encryption in transit and at rest, row-level security for multi-tenant data isolation, access controls, and ongoing monitoring. SOC 2 controls are in progress.

    6. Data retention

    We keep personal information only as long as needed to provide the service, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. You can request deletion at any time.

    7. Your rights (GDPR, CCPA, and others)

    Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port, or restrict our use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. Email privacy@wundertre.com to exercise these rights. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

    8. Children

    WundertreOS is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

    9. International users

    We are based in the United States. If you access our services from outside the U.S., you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.

    10. Changes to this policy

    We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be announced inside WundertreOS or by email.
