    What it covers

The tools will change. The system doesn't.

    1. 01

      The Omni-Revenue Framework

A system for growing revenue that doesn't depend on this year's tools. New platforms plug into a tenet instead of forcing a new strategy.

    2. 02

AI: the concepts that outlive the tools

Think in capabilities, not products. Own your context, delegate deliberately and keep your brand voice your own.

    3. 03

      Data, targeting and attribution

Own your data, retarget with restraint, and pick an attribution approach you hold constant so you can see direction of travel.

    The Omni-Revenue Framework

Five tenets. One feedback loop, not a checklist.

All five run at the same time, and what you learn from tracking feeds straight back into insight. When a new platform launches, you ask which tenet it serves and plug it in.

    • Omni-Insight

      Know before you grow

Your brand, offer, buyer and competition, documented rather than assumed.

    • Omni-Presence

      Be everywhere that matters

Not everywhere on the internet. Everywhere in your specific buyer's internet.

    • Omni-Narrative

      Tell the story that converts

Sales as the frictionless continuation of the marketing conversation.

    • Omni-Service

      Deliver and delight

A closed deal isn't revenue locked in. What happens after the sale earns the next one.

    • Omni-Tracking

      Measure everything, close the loop

Every lead, deal and customer traceable to what produced it.

The slides include a three-minute self-score: rate each tenet from 1 to 5. Your lowest-numbered tenet scoring 3 or below is where to start.

AI: concepts that outlive the tools

The model isn't your advantage. What you feed it is.

    Think in capabilities, not products

    Generation
Creating net-new content. Most visible, least defensible.
    Extraction & structuring
Turning mess into data: call transcripts into deal notes, PDFs into spreadsheets.
    Analysis & reasoning
Finding patterns across more information than a person will read.
    Retrieval
Grounding answers in your own material instead of general internet knowledge.
    Agency
Taking multi-step action in real systems. Newest and highest stakes.

Your brand voice, personas, pricing logic, best sales calls and customer data are proprietary context nobody can copy. Generic input gets generic output.

    The delegation ladder

    1. 1 · Assist

AI drafts; a person edits and approves every time. Start every new use case here.

    2. 2 · Automate

AI runs a defined, repeatable process; a person spot-checks a sample once you know its failure modes.

    3. 3 · Delegate

AI acts inside guardrails; a person reviews exceptions. Only for high-volume, low-stakes, easily reversible work.

Keep a person where being wrong is expensive and hard to reverse: pricing, contract terms, crisis communication and anything that goes out under your name. You can automate the drafting, not the accountability. And protect a distinct brand voice, with someone empowered to reject output that doesn't sound like you.

    Data, targeting & attribution

Know which channel produced the customers still paying you a year later.

    • First-party data

Your CRM list, your customers and your site visitors are audiences you own. Excluding current customers and bad-fit segments is targeting too.

    • Retargeting that surrounds, not stalks

Sequence the message by how far along someone is, cap frequency, choose the time window deliberately, and stop when they buy.

    • Attribution with its limits in view

Every model answers a different question and misleads somewhere. Last touch over-credits branded search and retargeting.

    • The CRM as the source of truth

Not the ad platform reporting on itself. A written UTM convention everyone follows makes every report trustworthy.

    Using attribution well

    1. There's no correct model, only the right one for the question you're asking.
    2. Pick one as primary and hold it constant. Consistency over time beats a perfect snapshot.
    3. Then compare first touch and last touch side by side to see which channels open doors and which take the credit.

    The number that matters

Cost per lead can mislead: the cheapest leads are often the worst ones. Measure customer acquisition cost by channel, joined to lifetime value by channel. Two channels with the same cost per lead can produce very different customers.

    Do these three things Monday

    1. 1

      Fix your UTM convention.

One written document everyone follows. It makes every other measurement decision possible.

    2. 2

Pick one fix for your weakest tenet.

Take your lowest-numbered tenet that scored 3 or below on the self-score and choose one thing, done inside 30 days. Not a plan. One thing.

    3. 3

Put one AI use case on the Assist rung.

A person approves every output. Run it 30 days before you promote it.
