Free · On demandLeverage AI for 10x Output
Three AI concepts that carry forward, why an AI-empowered person beats an AI agent, and how to write prompts that work.
With Ryker Taylor, CEO, Wundertre · Recorded September 17, 2026
About the “10x”: it refers to potential time savings on specific tasks, like a task that took an hour taking six minutes. It isn't a promise of 10x business growth or guaranteed results. Outcomes depend on the task, the operator, the context and the review.
- Three AI concepts that carry forward, whatever tools come next
- Why one AI-empowered person beats an AI agent, and how to build that role
- The six-part prompt, and how to build a library of prompts that work

What it covers
10x doesn't come from the tool. It comes from the operator.
- 01
Three AI concepts that carry forward
Capabilities, not products. Context is the moat. The delegation ladder.
- 02
AI-empowered humans > AI agents
The most valuable thing to build isn't an agent. It's a person who knows how to operate AI well.
- 03
Prompts & prompt engineering
A prompt is a brief, not a question. Six parts, a few techniques, and a library you keep.
Three AI concepts
Learn the concepts and any new tool takes a week to evaluate, not a quarter.
Capabilities, not products
Every AI tool is some mix of five capabilities:
- Generation
- Extraction & structuring
- Analysis & reasoning
- Retrieval
- Agency
Context is the moat
- Identity context
- Who you are, who you serve, how you sound.
- Reference context
- Your actual material: past proposals, best emails, pricing, process docs.
- Situation context
- What's happening right now: this lead, this complaint, this goal.
- Example context
- Two or three samples of what good looks like for this task.
The delegation ladder
1 · Assist
A person approves every output. Start every use case here.
2 · Automate
A person spot-checks a sample, once you know the failure modes.
3 · Delegate
A person reviews exceptions. High-volume, low-stakes, reversible work only.
Before moving anything up a rung: have you watched it fail, is the failure visible, is it reversible, and who owns the standard?
AI-empowered humans
Agents are a graduation, not a starting point. Build the person first.
AI helps
Draft, gather, structure, summarize
The person
Decides, relates, judges, approves
The operator brings judgment, context and ownership: they catch the error, know the customer and stand behind the output.
Building the role is the owner's job
- Pick one person, not the whole team: the most curious, with the highest standards for their own work. Not necessarily the most technical.
- Give them one specific workflow, with a before-and-after measure.
- Give them 30 days and protect the time. Then they build the library and train the next person.
Prompts & prompt engineering
A prompt isn't a question. It's a brief.
Give it what you'd hand a new contractor on day one. A prompt that works has six parts.
1 · Role
Who the AI is being.
2 · Context
Who you are, your material, the situation, examples of good.
3 · Task
Exactly what you want. Not just “write an email.”
4 · Format
Length, structure, tone, what to include and leave out.
5 · Constraints
The rules: what it must not do.
6 · Examples
Two or three of what good looks like. One good example beats paragraphs of description.
Iterate, don't restart
Treat the first output as a draft. Push back, ask for versions, refine.
Ask it to critique itself
Have it review the output against your brief and fix what's weak, then you review.
Save what works
Keep working prompts in a named library with a standard context block, and review them quarterly.
Do these three things Monday
- 1
Name your operator.
One person. Curious, high standards, not necessarily technical.
- 2
Pick their one workflow.
The thing that eats the most hours. Measure it before you touch it.
- 3
Write your context block.
Brand, voice, who you serve: one page, written once, pasted into every prompt.
Answer 21 questions across the five tenets, then enter your name, email and business to view your results.
Revenue starts here.
