It goes without saying that there are a lot of brands that take inspiration from other sources of influence in order to get them where they are today. Without that strong starting inspiration, some of these companies may never have gotten off the ground. It’s good to take a step back and be introspective on where you or your company may have gotten the push you needed to turn that corner. So let’s take a dive into understanding what some companies offer in terms of inspiration for us, and probably you too!

Mailchimp

Starting the list out strong, we have a company many have heard of, and that company is “Mailchimp”. Mailchimp has been in the email marketing campaign business for quite a while now and they have done a fantastic job in that respect, while also retaining your data in place to help you boost your marketing in more than just email marketing. By housing all of your audience data, marketing channels, and insights together so you can reach your goals faster. With Mailchimp, you can promote your business across email, social, landing pages, postcards, and more — all from a single platform. Basically, Mailchimp has a model that helps you by streamlining content in your favor. The organization is key in order for a company to grow and Mailchimp has given everyone an avenue to get it all together.

Apple

The next name on our list is a titan of its industry. A small garage start-up that overtook the world by storm with its innovative technology. If you haven’t guessed it yet, the award goes to Apple. Most people know about founder Steve Jobs and his incredible startup from humble beginnings. With innovative technology and incredible drive, Apple has raised the bar for companies by holding an incredibly high standard for their product throughout the 21st century.

With the invention of the iPhone, Apple created a new wave of touch screen smartphones. Basically, Apple is on our list basically because of their ingenuity and drive. We think that it goes without saying, they should be a major influence on the way businesses are run.

Intercom

Another company that we think is pretty awesome is maybe unheard of. We first learned about intercom recently and their product is amazing. Intercom is a company that specializes in lead generation and customer engagement. With intercom’s systems, you can make sure your customer’s happiness is maintained and that their questions are answered by the right people. Intercom has a great reputation among their community just by helping businesses streamline their customer service operations in the most efficient way. We think they’re great and we could all stand to learn a thing or two about their processes. Intercom manages to keep growing by word of mouth from customers! They must be doing something right!

Google

Another big name on the list is Google. Aside from being the biggest technology company in the world, Google practices excellence in every aspect of its business ventures. They may not always get it right with everyone, but you have to respect their drive to provide excellent service. What Google has done has been attempted by many and achieved by few. They’ve basically taken control of their own destiny by being the best in their field, and that has led to bigger opportunities for them (i.e. youtube, android, gaming consoles, and AI technology). Google produces a similar drive to Apple and definitely competes with the biggest and baddest on a regular basis. All that being said, we think you should be as bold and fearless as Google is when it comes to your business ventures.
